Tolent Construction Limited is a building and civil engineering company that carries out a wide range of work in the public and private sector on a national basis from offices in Tyneside, Teesside, Yorkshire, Manchester, and London.

It is the Company's aim to respond promptly to enquiries and to follow-up in an effective and efficient manner. The type of work sought can be to the client's design and specification or on a design and build basis.

Above all, there is a full commitment at all levels of the company to establish good relations with clients and to adopt a non-adversarial approach to ensure customer satisfaction is always achieved.

To achieve this philosophy people are viewed as the prime company asset who we seek to directly employ on a long term basis. We are committed to training everyone in the organisation and have an annual intake of school leavers for Craft Apprentices and Trainee Engineers/Quantity Surveyors.

We are always on the look out for skilled tradesmen, general operatives, engineers, foreman, project managers and quantity surveyors.
